This weekend, the 2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Series - Kite Open was held in Guangzhou Conghua Taosence Earth Art Park. The relevant heads of Guangdong Provincial Social Sports and Training Competition Center and Guangdong Provincial Outdoor Sports Association attended the opening ceremony and launched the putter for the event.

In this competition, seven elite urban teams from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Yangjiang and Shanwei in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao brought the event to a climax. Traditional kites, soft kites, dragon string kites, and advertising kites gathered and danced in the wind, providing the audience with an exquisite visual feast and a popular cultural feast.

The competition set up seven major competition items, namely, the dragon string kite competition, the hard-wing kite competition and the soft-wing kite competition, the most string kite competition, the software modeling (pendant) kite competition, the advertising (publicity) kite competition, and the performance of the luminous kite competition.
